- Continental US, Common Carrier. Delivery service includes curbside delivery. Freight is shipped via common carrier and the carrier will unload the unit to the street level. Driver will not uncrate, remove the unit from the crating or provide inside delivery. Notification of processing in approximately 2 business days. Delivery in 3-10 business days after processing.
- Customers are considered responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses during the checkout process. Additionally, customers or their representatives are responsible for accepting the package(s) to be delivered.
- True does NOT ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor. Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

True is unable to cancel any order once it has been received. Please call 888.616.8783 for questions regarding the process of your Outlet order.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If it is still pending, you can cancel it and place a new order.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has left our warehouse, we cannot intercept the package to change delivery address, cancel, or return.

Please inspect items carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
Please refuse the delivery and notate “Refused due to freight damage.” Call us immediately at Equipment Customer Service - 888.616.8783.
All sales are final and cannot be returned. Damage caused during shipment should be refused, if item is accepted and damage is found after accepting delivery, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping company. True is not responsible for damages caused during shipment.
